Klaus Georg is an experienced teacher, singer, and conductor who combines a working musician's perspective of the singing world with extensive teaching experience, a strong technical foundation, and native fluency in German and Italian.

Experience

Klaus has been teaching voice for nearly 20 years. He has worked with all ages and levels of singers, and has taught vocal pedagogy and technique at the collegiate level. He is prized for his diction knowledge, serving as a professional diction coach and having expertise in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, and Latin.

Klaus is an experienced vocalist and performer. He regularly sings in the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and is a current member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus and Grant Park Music Festival Chorus. In addition to his performance experience, he also serves as the Chorus Director at Beth Emet the Free Synagogue and has conducted at a number of locations over the years.
